The view of the ocean from the private balconies was amazing and the condo itself was very nicely kept and very clean. The short trip down the elevator to the boardwalk and then to the beach takes all of 3 minutes! We already miss walking on the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise! The beds very comfy and there was a fully stocked closet with beach chairs, towels and toys. The kitchen was ready to go, all we needed was to bring in some groceries which was easy to get at the nearby Harris Teeter store. The island is very laid back but enough to do explore nearby to have several trips out to shop or enjoy some dinning. We even found a nearby basketball court at Night Heron Park. Location was great and very easy to access. Great access to the beach where you can setup cover or rent chairs and umbrellas. The only feedback is to replace the sofa and fix the sliding glass door from the living room to the balcony. It is really hard to open and close especially from the outside. The curtains in the room with the two full beds does not move easily. All minor things that can be easily fixed. Again, I can't express how clean the place is and how great the location is. ##### David S. The 4th floor balconies were great viewing platforms for the evening deer and brown pelican fly byes. Caroline was responsive and helpful from beginning to end.
