The kitchen has been opened up to welcome an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed custom cabinetry provides ample storage, including features like a beverage cooler, spice drawer, and more. In the dining area, built-in bench seating not only adds character but also offers additional hidden storage. As a second-floor, end-unit villa, this home boasts elevated ceilings and a charming bedroom nook, perfect for a cozy reading spot. From the bedroom, enjoy serene lagoon views that invite relaxation. The beautifully updated bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower with bench seating, a toiletry niche, and a cleverly placed pocket door leading into the bedroom. Step outside to the screened porch, where you can unwind while taking in Kiawah's lush natural surroundings. The owners recently updated the living room furnishings to include a queen sized Murphy pull out bed so the property will now sleep 4 total guests. No pets and no smoking. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
