Enjoy a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach from this relaxing oceanside Kiawah Island escape. The open plan living area is cute and cozy with comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining area to seat 4 guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances and all you need for home cooked meals, with a pass through to the dining area for easy entertaining. The living area opens to a quaint outdoor deck with adirondack chairs, dune views and a staircase leading directly to beach access. This Kiawah Island oceanside villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests, ideal for a romantic escape to Kiawah. The newly updated bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bath can also be accessed via the hall and offers a separate sink for guests. New updates to paint throughout, dining and living areas, and new furnishings will be completed 5/2022!
