Tucked away in the trees, this villa offers plenty of privacy with island views and a convenient location. The spacious open floor plan features a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows, as well as an expansive screened porch. The screened porch offers a dining area with views of the island, perfect for early morning coffee or afternoon reading. Just off the living area is a designated dining area that seats four, as well as a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home. This villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests in the primary bedroom with a King bed, custom accent wall, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a modern vanity and a glass shower. Mariners Watch Villas offer a true seaside retreat just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s central East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere. We did not expect such immaculate accommodations. The screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon was the perfect place to start and end the days. The interior was spotless and the decor was new and so tasteful. Check-in was a breeze as well. The only thing I would change is a longer stay.
