Nova Kiama is an adorable modern property that offers great access to the Kiama town center and the main attraction of the Kiama Blowhole. We were able to walk only 5-8 minutes down the street and see the blowhole. It also offers an adorable little coffee and pastry food van in the lobby, a beautiful flower shop and had a clean pool and sunning area.

The Air-Con was oit of order. I think that management should gove patrons a discounted rate. My 2nd night was very hot, had to sleep with my face on the fan Thidngave mr a stiff neck. The staff were good at thei jobs, but very busy. One morninh there was queue foe people chicling in /out.

Nova rang to say that the room we booked had no AC. They managed to find us another room. Had to find street parking before being able to checkin and get access key for the parking. No cupboard to hang clothes

Basement Parking and access was very good. The main problem besides not airconditioning which we were forewarned was the lack of a table and chair for having breakfast. There was a well equipped kitchen but lack ot table and chair was a major down.

Rooms very small and very basic. No full length mirror and mirror in bathroom very high. If you are short you cant see much… Balcony very small, paid extra for ocean view… but would not call it ocean view. However staff very friendly.

Unfortunately our original room had a broken air conditioner which we would have found very hard to cope with but the girl Andy on the afternoon shift helped us get another room with a working air conditioner and that made it for us. She was very helpful.

Was very disappointed to arrive to find out whole levels air con was broken and room had strong smell of chlorine. Then you need to leave doors open all the time which equals road noise No offer of compensation bar 2 bottles of water and a fan (that wasn't in room). Had to scramble to find another room in town. From talking to other people in town, sounds like its happened to other people too at other times. Staff still very friendly - felt sorry for her having to deal with this.

Short stay in Kiama
Kiama is een mooi stadje. We zijn hier maar 1 nacht gebleven ipv de geplande 3 nachten. De airco op onze verdieping werkte niet. Het hotel had geen alternatief, dus we maakten gebruik van de optie die het hotel gaf om na 1 nacht iets anders te zoeken. De overige 2 nachten werden dus niet gerekend. Het hotel interieur is redelijk nieuw. Alles schoon en fris, maar vooral berekend, denk ik, op jonge mensen. Ik ben momenteel niet zo mobiel. Miste een comfortabele stoel. ( er was alleen een krukje bij een bureau. De kitchenette was ook nieuw. Wel jammer dat je de maaltijd die je zou maken op t bed moest opeten. Heb dit alles ook doorgegeven aan de receptie De locatie: in het centrum en op loopafstand van de famous “ Blowhole” is ideaal. Net als het parkeren onder het hotel

Lovely property and lovely staff. Great room and having a kitchenette was helpful. The only reason I could not give Nova 5 stars was due to some early morning construction work next door - which does not reflect on the hotel itself but might affect (short term) future travellers.

Great modern boutique style hotel. Walk to everything. We had executive suite for a family of 4 and it was perfect for a one night stay. Wotif price made it reasonable compared to advertised price.
