« Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous, upon arrival, even allowing me to check-in much earlier than the stated check-in time. Room was clean and was spacious enough for a solo traveller! Room amenities included a working mini fridge, flatscreen tv with satellite (and at least several English...

« FARS is a perfect middle way between average hotels and top level hotels. Management is very responsive and the pick up/drop off service convenent and efficient. Breakfast is superbe.Pool can be better (the sunbeds are old) and the gym is top class. My room was without view and the possibility to open the only window was not there but the room was quiet. TV service is much better in other hotels both in terms of channels and of signals.Overall very satisfied »

« I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already! »
