The hot tub was great (though often full), the primary bedroom mattress was comfortable, and we enjoyed having a working wood fireplace. Unfortunately, the kitchen was a major disappointment and a real barrier to cooking. Basic items were missing, no mixing bowls, or measuring cups, and 98% of the coated cookware was heavily scratched and unsafe to use. The can opener barely worked and the toaster set on 2 - burned the bread. All combined, it directly impacted our ability to cook well and eat comfortably during our stay. The living room furniture was dated and uncomfortable, and there were a few maintenance issues (including an unstable toilet, a broken shower handle, toilet brush lying directly on the floor (no placemat/container) as well as micro-sized, limited supplies. It was not as clean as other units we have stayed in. There were dead bugs on the floors and under bathroom vanities clearly had not been swept for awhile. The main hallways have a "weird unpleasant" smell and the carpet thru out the unit is filthy. The unit is very lacking in kitchen/cooking necessities. The pots/pans were burned and kept shedding teflon into our food making them basically unusable. The utensils and dishes/glasses were minimal for a family. The condo was clean and neat and as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot tub were fantastic.
