Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 30 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. This newly renovated two-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 10 with two king beds, two twin beds, a bunk bed, and a futon. All of Keystone’s attractions are close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. With southerly exposure and wall-to-wall windows, the High Rockies sunlight greets you in the morning and fills the rooms until sundown. Tennis Townhomes offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms. Keystone’s lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride. One of Keystone’s two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance - close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes. The sunken living room features high ceilings with beautiful exposed beams, a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. A brand new gas fireplace was installed at the end of 2023, and adds to the coziness of the space. Just off the living room is a sunroom, formerly a deck that has been fully enclosed to provide year-round enjoyment, and includes the main dining table with seating for six. With floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy mountain views through a grove of aspen trees. On the other side of the living room you have access to a den with a large picture frame window overlooking the National Forest and a futon that sleeps two. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make meals away from home. In addition to a new range with a double-oven you will find stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There’s a newly renovated three-quarter bath just down the hall. All bathrooms were renovated in the summer of 2020 and are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom and one of the two guest bedrooms are on the upper level with southerly exposure and mountain views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. There’s a three-quarter bath across the hallway. The main guest bedroom is on the lower level with a king bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Large capacity washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Wifi is available with strong connectivity throughout the unit. For guests with small children, the owners have provided a Pack ’n Play and a dining table booster-seat. \*\*Ultra-premium Linens\*\* This unit has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens. So that was a huge plus being literally around the corner. When we walked in we were very, very, impressed and pleased with the setup and modern style and floor plan. Once we started settling in we began to notice that we had everything we could possible need down from chip bag clips up to an air fryer. Not to mention GLASS dishes and glasses. The kitchen was FULLY setup and ready to accomadate any meal prep. The bedrooms all worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. They also had everything we could need. I used the tennis club down the road and the grocery store wasn’t too far. We didn’t make it to ski the mountain but enjoyed the scenery. Loved that I could bring my dog and the pool was a short walk away down a pretty path (open again as of may 28). The townhome was exactly as described, very nice and clean with beautiful features. The beds are comfy, Kitchen is awesome and well-stocked. The owner should add into the description that they have a crockpot and instant pot which was great. Would stay here again. The pool and hot tub are closed due to COVID but looked nice when we walked past. One note the property management company. They were supposed to give us 2 parking slips but only gave us one. We contact them and they said to come by the office and get a second which is no big deal but when we go there their door is closed and you have to knock for someone to come out. Again would not be a big deal but it is in a tiny hallway and there were multiple families in the hallway waiting. They were really slow and it was really uncomfortable with COVID going on. Also, they told me they would have the pass ready and did not. It was like I never had reached oouot. They could do this better. ##### Mindy R. I suspect a previous renter left water sitting in the machine and the cleaning staff didn’t check it. One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had. They have everything you could need (including a crockpot and instapot). With COVID we cooked at home every night. Tons of Hooks and cubbies in the entrance area made it very easy to keep everyone's ski stuff organized. So many places don't provide this. Also, this unit has the deck enclosed as the dining room. This made the unit bigger than others and lots of room to spread out. The Silver route shuttle to Keystone is so easy and steps away from this unit. Nice walking trails around the complex and the underpass to Lakeside Village easy walk. Great unit. ##### Kristin S.
