Vacassa dude was awesome in dealing with a defunct water heater! No worries from past reviews about the loud water heater. It is brand new. Location is great. First off, wrong code to the hot tub. Never did get the code from the management. I had to ask people staying there. Next there is no king in this unit and was tight sleeping in the bed. Lastly, the morning we left there was no hot water and could not shower before leaving the unit. When spending $2500 one would think this would be a top notch place to stay. The kitchen was completed stocked including spices and coffee + filters. Very nice to not have to buy those things at the grocery store. 2 items that need to be fixed are: 2) the master shower is not draining and it's not fun to stand in a puddle of water 1" deep. 2) The smaller bedroom needs better lighting. It's very dark in there. Also, The owners may have a dog. It was no problem for my group and it was very clean with no odor at all.
