The location was just a short walk to river run or the bus stop to catch a shuttle over to Mountain House. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the property when we entered. There were loose peanuts on the loveseat and a random pair of broken reading glasses. The two full size bathrooms gave us more than enough space to get ready! The living room area was large and enough space for us to hang out and play games. The bunk room also had a trundle to pull out so you can easily sleep 4 in that one room. The pool was an added bonus. The walk to the base was a little longer with kids but not awful. There is a shuttle stop very close as well that can make the transportation to the ski area a little easier but about the same amount of time if you walked. The kitchen had everything (except a pizza cutter , the master bedroom was very spacious. Bathrooms very spacious too. Each bedroom had a tv and a large one in the living room.
