It features vaulted ceilings and a second story deck with seating, and beautiful mountain views. The lower level den has a walk-out patio with access to the brand new private hot tub and greenspace. There is a private laundry. Equal distance between Lakeside Village and River Run Village. The Keystone lifts are within walking distance, or a 5 minute drive away. With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you have the feel of a mountain home. The entryway has a closet and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living room. It features a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround, ample seating, and a flat screen TV. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the french doors lead out to the private deck. On the deck you're treated to a seating area, and panoramic mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with some new cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four.The dining area seats six. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private laundry room is also on the main floor. It features a new full-sized washer and dryer. For your convenience, laundry soap is provided. The spacious primary bedroom is downstairs, with private access to the patio and hot tub. It features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a bench. Also on the lower level are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. It was close enough to come back for lunch when skiing. They had humidifiers for all the rooms. Beds were comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer. We soaked in the hot tub almost every night. Only thing that could be improved on is cookware, and blender was cracked. It was very close to ski slopes and shopping. House was extremely clean, had everything we needed to cook… crockpot, griddle and a grill. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace! The hot tub was amazing, we used it several times after a long day of skiing. Loved the layout of the house… all bedrooms and laundry were downstairs and the upstairs area is the kitchen and living room area which a was very spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and felt like we had plenty of room! Plenty of room for 2 cars. The heat is a little tricky to figure out because it takes a good little while to heat up but when it does it works well! The management company was in constant communication but we never had any issues while we were there. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!! Super easy to find and close to Keystone skiing. Plenty of room for our family and we loved the private hot tub. Our family stayed at the property 6 nights. The location was superb, close to ski, walking distance to pretty much everything in Keystone. Absolutely Loved the house, the view, amenities! Would definitely stay here again! Very clean. The only drawback was that the hot tub temperature dropped from 104 F to 88 F after only 2 days and was not adjustable. Called the management 3 times regarding the issue, but the issue was not solved. On the day of our departure the temperature was at 78F. Otherwise, everything was just wonderful!
