Nicely updated, and roomy for a studio. Kitchen and bath are nicely updated and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the short distance walk to the ski learning area very convenient. It has been nicely remodeled and kept up to date. Pretty short walk to get to the Peru Express making it easy to get on the mountain each morning. The only drawback which is not a reflection on the owners is the condition of the pool/hot tub area. We typically enjoy a soak after skiing but the pool area has not been updated by the HOA in a really long time. Other than that; really enjoyed the stay. ##### Rory F. Clean, well equipped, good location. The owner communication was poor. We needed help figuring out the many combination locks to get to the ski locker - no help. Then we needed more toilet paper (2 rolls for a family of four is not not enough for a week). Only to be told they provide "starter quantities".
