It’s an average property needing some updates. The bed in the 1-bedroom is worn and acts like a bowl, not fun especially if you have back issues and like a firmer mattress. My wife and I were falling toward each other. It’s also a full…we’re both 6’ and used to a king or queen. The room could easily accommodate a queen. The Murphy bed is the most comfortable, pullout sofa next, then the actual bed. The stove drip pans are too small for the burners so they don’t sit level at all. This makes cooking anything a bit of a challenge. No crockpot. Knives pretty cheap and dull. No plastic cups (bring your own if you want to be able to take a beverage to the hot tub). No pool towels, bring your own. Dehumidifier was broke and leaked immediately upon filling. Fridge is probably the cheapest one you can buy from Lowe’s and thus is very loud when running, which is annoying for anyone sleeping in the living room. ##### Brian S.
