With its inviting loft and en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed, two cozy Queen beds, and a comfortable Twin mattress. As our guest, you'll have access to a 2-car garage, private laundry facilities, and a delightful hot tub on the balcony. Step into the townhome and you'll immediately notice the stairs leading up to the main level. To the right, there's a charming first bedroom adorned with mountain-themed decor and featuring a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. On the main level, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 3, while the dining room provides ample space for 6 people, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room offers vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and plush seating to create a cozy atmosphere to unwind. Feel free to snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the provided board games. Adorning the living room walls are striking images of Colorado wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Adjacent to the dining room is a balcony where you can relax in the private hot tub surrounded by trees, ensuring a tranquil and secluded experience. Located off the living room, the primary bedroom awaits you with a King bed and expansive windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding trees and majestic mountain tops. The uppermost windows are tastefully tinted to keep the sun's rays at bay. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double sinks. As you ascend to the third floor, you'll find a convenient half bathroom midway up the staircase. The loft area is thoughtfully furnished with bean bag chairs and provides a setup for kids to enjoy their gaming consoles. It was very centrally located & everything was easy. I loved that they had what I would consider “extra” details like lots of dish soap, Kleenex, shampoo, etc. This was especially helpful since we flew to our destination, and I didn’t carry any of these extras with me.Also, as soon as we arrived, we received a text from the property manager. They said that we could text them with anything questions or concerns. I did have to text them a couple times during the day and they were extremely responsive.
