That about sums up the stay. One of the main reasons I booked our stay here was the hot tub and pool facilities. Upon arrival we went to go for a dip, and it was closed. This was never mentioned in the listing, or upon check in. Called the management company and was directed to send an email, but was told I could use another facility a 20 min walk away. I sent the email and it was received by the same person I spoke to on the phone. Sadly we never used the hot tub, and the managements only accommodation was to use another lodges facilities. The common area looks nice, but the cabinets are missing doors and are in disarray. Went to get coffee one morning but no cups were available. After reading more reviews after our unfortunate stay, it appears that the issues we faced are a common occurrence with this specific condo. The elevator was out for half the stay (this listing is on the 4th floor) when the elevator was working an alarm was sounding in the lobby. The dishwasher wasn't working and I talked with the lister as we got it back on. It stays hotttt! we had the thermostat set at 65 and it felt sweltering, maybe bc we were the only ones there idk, but we had to open the doors several times to cool the room down. Since its like a Condo the staff isn't onsite, I'm sure during ski season they are making more money and have ppl out there but durring our stay it was basicly just us. Oh also if you arrive after hours you pick up your keys from a lock box, which wouldn't be an issue except they forgot to put our keys in the lockbox. luckily someone was still on site at 6:30 to give us the keys after we called in.We might try it again during ski season proper and see if its any better finances permitting ##### James N. It is maybe 100yds from the door until you can put your skis on and head to the main lift, and can ski right back to the door. It was really nice for skiing! The condo was clean, and the property managers were very responsive to text messages. That was very convenient. The only 2 issues we had was the heated pool was frigid for most of the stay and not usable. The other issue was the grill in the condo didn’t work, but is supposedly not allowed by the HOA. I would give this unit a "5" out of 5, if it weren't for the bottom bunk bed mattress in the extra bedroom. The spring is hard, as well as not even, so it hurts your back and causes a problem for sleeping arrangements for a family of "4". Otherwise, this condo is beautiful and comfortable with a stunning view. The location is excellent with a "picture like" walkway to the slopes. The condo building "itself" was quiet, secluded, and has a beautiful "warm" setting lobby with the hot tub right outside. Just gorgeous!! You won't regret booking this condo, I just hope they can replace the mattress so that we can book again next year, because we are so looking forward to it! ##### Pamela H. Our favorite things about The Timber 3075 —Spotlessly clean condo and facility —so so quiet —Pool, hot tub and saunas beautifully maintained —kitchen had very high quality stainless steel pots and pans. We appreciate that. Also very nice appliances. —Comfortable beds —Beautiful views, and a lovely river runs below master bedroom. The fall colors were gorgeous. —short walking trail through woods/along river in front of building. Our children loved it. —the only thing to note is if you enjoy direct sunlight streaming into your home, the condo is north facing and so it’s a bit dark—would also be nice if kitchen was better stocked with foil/saran wrap/baggies etc…very minor things! ##### Jenna P. Very quiet, peaceful stay as it was off season for tourists. Great view and sound of river off balcony. Nice gas fireplace. Couple of things could have been cleaned more thoroughly; couple of small things in disrepair. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked - aluminum foil, basic seasonings, olive oil would've been helpful. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. ##### Dana B.
