Their check in process is fully automated and Turnkey called me immediately when I texted back that I had a issue at check in. I've never experienced service like this!! That said, we had several issues. Upon entering we noticed that the condo had not been fully cleaned property (dirt and residue on countertop, beer cans, hair/lint), the blinds were broken, and the hot tub and pool was fully closed. Turnkey sent out someone immediately to clean and fix the blinds the next morning. Unfortunately the hot tub was never fixed. This was outside of owner's control as Summit county had mandated all public pools be closed. Even though we had paid a premium specifically to have that amenity, we never received a credit or discount. ##### Michal N. Bummer the hot tub was not available because of Covid - obviously not the owners fault! We also rent out a ski property with TurnKey, so I was a little surprised at the condition of the kitchen. Pantry was full of food and items, leaving no room for the 5 days worth of food we brought up. Kitchen needs to be completely cleaned out and reorganized. Dirty dishes and kitchen utensils were put away with food crusted on. Drawers for kitchen tools is a mess. They had everything we needed for cooking, just needs TLC. This house runs very warm. Master bedroom was HOT. The windows would not stay open so we propped with cups. Overall a great condo! Easy to catch the bus to the slopes or the villages. We used the owners sleds and had a blast. The condo was generally good but a few things need to be addressed. Cleanliness was ok. The garage really needed to be swept out to keep dirt out of the house. The blinds in the main room would not come down so we were on display and it made it cold. Overall a good experience but it could be improved on. ##### Lisa B. We took advantage of all the various activities available to us that were remarkably close to our condo. But, the best part was always coming back to our spacious , warm and clean townhome. From the door code to the space itself it was absolutely enjoyable, convenient, clean, and comfortable. Near enough to stores in Dillon but also on the way to the slopes. With the response time on questions with this property.. The only thing I think that could be reviewed is there should be more water pressure in the 2 showers.
