First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. I wish he had told me sooner so we could have stayed somewhere else. I notified management about them and still havent had a response almost a week later. Great place BUT the baseboard heater looked like it had a major leak under the couch and on the carpet (we went in the summer so no heat needed). The company managing these rentals is easy to find and get your key cards, however-big however, it is a bit of a riddle to find the location of the lodge and is difficult to locate as there's no written location of the lodge in the forms. You have to look it up in your email which is not convenient. We had already off loaded our luggage in the garage so we had to push it up the ramp, go to the outside ramp and then use the inside elevator. When leaving we parked outside so we only had to push the luggage cart down the handicap ramp. It was a minor inconvenience. This was the worst condo we've rented. The couch is very old and uncomfortable, the dining room chairs are torn, we had to keep defrosting the frig to get it to work, the carpet in the bedroom is a tripping hazard, maintenance did not come back to help, the tv is going out and we had to keep working on it to get ot to work, etc. Very disappointed! We have stayed at Buffalo Lodge before and loved it, that's why we came back. The building is conveniently located within walking distance to Gondola One and right next to the skating rink. The furniture is a bit run down but we didn't mind since the place was spotless when we arrived.
