Close to the elevator, and upon entering this four-bedroom three-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the tall ceilings and the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine. There were seven of us in total, and this property worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed from the pots and pans, dishes, starter coffee, dishwashing tabs, and basic spices to the bath and beach towels. We actually requested more bath towels (not realizing our son has hoarded them in his room), and they got them to us right away. The check in process was easy, and complete with a welcome gift. We rented a golf cart for the week, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We often walked the mile or so to the Duvall area rather than mess with parking. Close to everything and lots of room with a large balcony overlooking marina! The condo had all of the necessities and was super close to laundry and common areas. The small complex was great. Our only downfall was lack of storage (closets, pantry, etc) but there were plenty of drawers and cabinets to make up for that! We will definitely stay here again! ##### Ashley G. The bay view from the balcony is mostly blocked by a huge tree, although the tree is also blocking the sun which wasn't that bad, but unlike the picture we hardly had water view. 2\. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was a great place to sit and to go with the girls, ages 4 years and 20 months. They liked to look at the boats coming in and out and at the planes going to and from the airport. The pool was perfect for all of us. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the weather was chilly and rainy for 4 days of our stay, forcing us inside. The furniture in the living area is dirty and the area rug was filthy as well. We didn’t have enough room for 5 people to spread out because it was too cramped. The mattresses are some of the worst I have slept on in years. Everyone ages 20-60 complained about them. It would be nice to provide extra kitchen towels for guests staying 7 nights, 2 in not sufficient. We were missing some items in the kitchen but the rental agency was quick to respond. Doug was exceptional in addressing all of our needs. Adding even some hooks around the property would give places for beach towels to hang, coats, general clothing. I wish I knew are the better as our location wasn’t bad but I would have preferred something on a beach or on the ocean not the harbor. We hardly used our bikes mostly because of the weather and they were in poor condition. Doug said he wouldn’t recommend that company again. Providing something to clean the counters during our stay would have been helpful, I had to purchase. Other than those things the property was clean upon arrival and in good condition except for the things I mentioned. ##### Julie G. I did not give it a high rating, because I was not informed that the elevator rarely functioned. I am elderly and my son-in-law is waiting for hip replacement. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with suitcases, groceries, etc. I had to limit number of trips, so never got to enjoy pool. Was out of service whole week!
