The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable that I am buying one for my own home. There is a small refrigerator and coffee station… everything you need. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had lived in Key West for nine years and recently moved several years ago to where I live now. I had never known of this little vacation spot until I found it on line. It is located in the 100 block area of Duval Street, which was right around the corner from the Hogs Breath bar and a very, very short, walking distance to where all the action happens on Duval Street. The accommodations were immaculate, clean, a most comfortable bed and a large bathroom and there was no lack of hot water while taking a shower. We had arrived early due to the flight schedules so we had to find things to do before we were able to check in which is 3 PM. The driver who picked us up was an absolute professional, gentleman, and very personable and totally understanding of our so-called dilemma. We had him take us to a well-known breakfast place called Goldman‘s deli in the Winn-Dixie shopping plaza. I had eaten there many times prior while living in Key West and the breakfast is unbeatable. The driver offered to keep our bags until we were notified when we were able to check in however we kept our bags at that time and when we were finished with breakfast, I called the help number and another driver picked us up again, professional, extremely cordial, and very helpful. He offered to keep our bags in his car and we agreed until we were able to check in. We were notified at approximately 12:15 PM that our room was available so since we were in the area having a cold adult beverage, we just walked to the room and were extremely satisfied on every aspect of the reservation.
