Traveling with foreign exchange students we needed to all be under the same roof and an affordably priced room for their budgets. If you choose this location you will want a vehicle of some type. There is a very well stocked local market very close to the Vacasa properties The condo itself is dated. It’s clean, yet has that weird smell from too much cleaning product used on the carpets. We have memory foam mattresses at home so it was strange to sleep on a box spring again that squeaks when you roll over. TVs are dated as in the pictures are not crisp. Thought it odd that the TV was placed in front of the mirror on the dresser. I suggest removing the mirror They do provide more than I expected. Soap in bathroom and kitchen. Dishwasher detergent provided. Coffee for the coffee maker. Ice maker worked great. Plenty of glassware and dishes. It was convenient to be able to dry our beach towels and swimsuits in the dryer All in all we would book this location again if we needed to have everyone in the same condo. ##### Angela S. Room was very clean and much more space then most places in Key West. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware and all appliances. They were revving their moped engines and shouting. The solution hanging on the refrigerator for loud guests was to call the police. I didn't feel like being a Karen and getting anyone in trouble so we just dealt with it. Just know there is a YOUNG college kid crowd that hangs out here. ##### Meredith S.
