You'll be about four miles from downtown Key West and its many attractions, including the Hemingway House, the Southernmost Point of the United States, and myriad bars and restaurants. Only negative is the condo is located on opposite end of Duval street. But, staying on Duval is always more expensive so the quiet side of the island is a good option . Renting a golf cart makes the location a fun use of the ride onto Duval street from the condo. The pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. My husband and I brought our 14 year old niece with us and this condo had just enough space for us to enjoy our time together yet also have our own time, space and privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was close to the airport so we could hear the planes which we liked, maybe a little disappointed that being on the 2nd floor we couldn’t see them well. Next time we will request one of the higher floors! We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Parking was hit and miss the first night which was a Saturday. We didn’t see parking passes in several cars so it would be nice if that was patrolled. The rest of our trip parking was fine just the first day was it difficult to find an open spot. I would recommend staying at this location unless you are in Key West for the party, then I would stay in the old town.
