Great location on Duval on the little quieter end which makes for easier sleeping. Home had all we needed and a hot tub. Which was great since we picked the coolest days to be down this month. Felt safe with the gate locked out in the patio area. Coffee shop 2 doors down was handy 730am. Definitely walkable to all the old town locations. Easy to check in and out. Rooms were safe and clean. The only thing keeping from 5 was the AC in the upper unit leaked. A bucket was already in place so they must be aware of the leak.
