On the second level are two king suites with en suite bathrooms (one with a shower/bath combo and the other with a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in shower). Each suite has its own balcony and walk-in closet. The third level offers a full bath with tub/shower combo shared by a private king bedroom with closet and an open loft with 4 twin beds. All bedrooms offer TVs for your late night entertainment. OUTDOOR LIVING... This is a boater's dream home consisting of a private dockage (can fit a boat up to 30 ft long) and deep water access! Luxuriate around your private pool (that is heated during the cooler months) and watch the fishing fleets return with their fresh catch! PARKING... There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. \*\*\*Boat trailers may NOT be parked on the property. You can make arrangements with nearby marinas for trailer parking.
