Welcome to our charming coastal-themed Conch Cottage in the heart of Key West! This delightful 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage is the perfect retreat for couples seeking a cozy and private escape to paradise. With a fold-away bed, you can also have guests visit.  
  
Located in a prime spot, our cottage is within walking distance to all the excitement of downtown Key West. Enjoy a morning stroll to the local coffee shop or take a bike ride to explore the island's many hidden gems. But don't worry, if you prefer to relax at home, our front and back porches provide the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.  
  
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home. Our cottage is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and fast WiFi for those who need to work from home. And when it's time to unwind, enjoy the convenience of our smart televisions with streaming capabilities.

The Neighborhood:  
This delightful duplex is located in the heart of downtown. This exclusive residential area of Old Town Key West is really an extension of the Old Town Historic Seaport District where the harbor 'rounds the bend.' It was originally developed as a suburban neighborhood in the early 1900's and has a distinctively gracious and private feel with wider tree lined streets and larger yards. This area offers many locally favorite restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, and shops.  
  
Getting Around:  
Guests can travel throughout Key West on foot, bike, golf cart, Uber, or your personal vehicle. There is on street public parking in the area.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
28- night minimum stay.  
  
Please note there are two rental units within this house. It is important that guests are respectful of quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.  
  
If you are interested in renting both sides of the unit please contact the Host and I will direct you to the joint listing.  
  
Due to the open stair case, this home isn't recommended for people who are traveling with young children.  
  
Please note there is not a designated parking spot for this home. Guests will utilize street parking.
