The location was a short walk to the Seaport Village on the Gulf and the lively activity on Duval. WIthin two blocks are 3 fine restaurants including Cafe Sole, Azur, and Mangia Mangia. The owner was very accommodating and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. The house is very convenient to Duval (10 minute walk) and to the waterfront. Our car was very safe and protected under the private gated carport. The front porch is comfortable to sit, relax and watch the passersby.
