However, we ran into issues with unlocking the door when we arrived. We were on the phone with the maintenance man on call who was trying to help us remotely because he was 30 plus minutes away from the unit. The code we were given did not work. He tried multiple things to help us, but it wasn't until someone else from the company contacted me about how the unit was and I let her know of the issue. I wonder if she hadn't activated the code, because the original code worked shortly after I texted with her. So we sat for over an hour in the outdoor hallway with the no-see-ums before we were able to enter the apartment. The apartment was incredibly outdated, as expected from the reviews. The unit advertised a washer and dryer, but that was not in the actual apartment but downstairs. Everything was run down and out of date. But I suppose it was as we expected given the price and the reviews. It was adequate for a budget stay. ##### Laura F. It is easy to check in because of well management. This condo is close to the downtown with interesting places to visit and take a tour.
