Amenities include a pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Just a few steps across the street in Smathers Beach which offers beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks and sailboats available for rent. If you are looking for entertainment- only five minutes away is Duval Street which features entertainment for all ages. Only five minutes Key West International Airport. The views of Smathers beach were wonderful, it was refreshing to wake up to ocean air every day. The check in process was smoother than expected. Communication with the property owner was top notch. The beach across the street was extremely convenient! The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the accomodations, being able to see out to the ocean while in the kitchen, dining area, and living room was amazing. La Brisa will be on our list when we visit Key West again. ##### Jill S. A fantastic patio that allowed for nice mornings watching the locals or other tourists walking, riding or driving by on golf carts and scooters. Covered parking for the Golf Cart which was very nice. Easy in and out with electric gates. Everything was updated and extremely clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Great Kitchen, Massive curved screen TV, A/C worked wonderfully, Extra fan plus ceiling fan in the bedroom. The entire place was perfect. Thank you, we will be back. ##### Lindsay M. The property was situated on the tip of Key West. It was clean, easy to get to and everyone was very friendly and helpful. You could tell the condo was loved by its owner. He had keys, remotes, bikes, beach chairs available for us to use!!! As we landed at the airport he texted us codes to get into gates and great directions for everything at the condo.
