We took a cocktail making class and toured a retired ship museum, toured The Little Whitehouse, had many stops at The Flying Monkey. Apr 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect stay for our wedding anniversary We loved our stay at the vintage cottage on Duval St. It was perfect for our 45th wedding anniversary and so peaceful and secluded. The kitchen was compact but it had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a dream, heated at 87 degrees, we were taking dips whenever back at the house. The cottage is close to everything and we liked being on the south end of Duval where it is quiet with some really great restaurants and shops. It is also a short walk to a few beaches. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and requests, and did their best to make our visit special. My husband and I stayed here for the second time ever and plan to come back again and again. The location is incredible and the property is hidden away from the busy-ness that is Duval Street. The back patio, and the pool were the true starts of the show... but the bed was exceedingly comfortable and the morning sunlight through the stained glass window was a welcome touch or relaxation. It was so comfortable, especially the king size bed, which is super important to me on vacation. The location cant't be beat - walking distance to everything but on the less "touristy" part of Duval. The staff that managed our booking was helpful and polite. We love that there was a parking spot available too!
