We were so close to Fort Zachary State Park and Duvall Street. It made transportation a breeze because we could walk almost anywhere or take a short bike ride to Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach. The Shipyard Condominiums felt very safe and like a friendly community. The condo was updated, had cute beachy decor, and was very clean.
