Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the picturesque Higgs Beach area, you'll be able to take advantage of street parking and walk to all of the hot spots with ease. Take a few panoramic pictures of the Southernmost Point before heading over to one of the nearby dining spots on Duval Street for a mouthwatering meal. Wander through the grounds of Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park, then work on your tan by the shared pool.

Inside, you can relax while you surf the cable channels, or stream some music with the free WiFi. Reheat some leftovers in the small kitchenette, then step out on the patio to enjoy an island-style cocktail.

Treat yourself and your special someone to a romantic getaway when you book your stay at this Florida retreat. The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

Great stay
The location , room cleanliness and actual grounds of the place perfect , definitely would recommend and come back to stay. Only suggestions would be a 2-ton ac wi how unit. During the hot months I think it would be a bit uncomfortable, granted we don’t stay in room much but after being out All day . Sleeping for me was just right with ceiling fan and large pedestal fan on high . But if it was 5-10 degrees hotter at night I wouldn’t of faired so well.. but it was perfect none the less

Key West Anniversary trip
This location is great for catching trolley or going to the beach. If you rent this property be aware of the pool pump outside,its next to the cottage. In the cottage , it's behind the bed and hummed all night. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the top of the blind mount that were dirty, it was black. We enjoyed the pool. There is a gas grill but we did not use it. There is a convenience store ablock down the street. The area felt cozy. My husband eants to rent again.

The room was much smaller than indicated The television didn’t work The entrance was tough and very dark at night This was WAY overpriced for what it was And when the other guests arrived they were very niceBUT very loud I will NEVER do another VRBO And discourage anyone from renting this

Perfect Long Weekend
What a perfect location - rent a golf cart from up the road and enjoy all the island has to offer - this was a perfect location. Pool was really nice to relax and step away. We were in for a long weekend and will come back again for sure!

I loved the stay
The only problem was on the last night AC was not doing the job. I think it was the compresser kick off at 71° and coming back on at 75°. This went on until 4:00 am before it cool down
