The pool area is smaller but clean and nice. Quiet area.The condo is older so the floor is worn and could use some updating along with tub. It was clean. Does have a unit above that can be loud if they have rude renters. With that said it’s not this units fault. The location was perfect to all the action on Duval, everything was very walkable. We were also super close to Fort Zach, where we got married. The condo community is well taken care of, pool is the perfect temp, and the area is nice an quiet. We had a great time with no complaints. The condo was very nice and perfect for four people. There is a deck/patio off the living room that is shaded and very comfortable for morning coffee or late evening drinks. The washer and dryer were a plus since we were there for a week. The community pool was very nice and was never crowded. Most of all, this condo is in an EXCELLENT LOCATION...
