Other Things to Note: Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night, and all guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site is guaranteed for one vehicle, which include a golf cart rental. Dockage details: maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. No trailer parking on-site; arrange for off-site storage (City Marina at Garrison Bight or Spencer's Boatyard) All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
