The property was perfect for a family getaway. We were six adults plus two tall teenagers. The inside of the townhouse was very clean. The community was also very nice and clean. The place worked for our family. The only downfall was not having a working sleeper sofa. There was a cot and a foldable foam mattress as a substitute. Resort was perfect for relaxing. Condo itself was excellent and the heated pool and grotto were well used. The townhouse/condo was clean overall and that is a must for me! Loved that it did not have a lot of clutter as far as table top decor , fake plants , decorations and etc. ., that meant less dust and less chance of anything breaking or having to move things around. The main sleeper sofa was broken but that could have just been from the prior renters. Hopefully that will get fixed soon. Pool area is very nice and the crowd at the Mariners Club was great! Communication with Fernando was beyond amazing! Our first night there, the remote was not working. I e-mailed Fernando and shortly after, batteries were delivered to our unit.
