THINGS TO KNOW: \-The 40-foot Greenline boat belongs to the homeowner and is not for guest use. It is stationed at the dock as well, but there is space for another boat. \-Separate temperature controls for both the pool and jacuzzi. \-The cargo lift is available if needed. \-Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. \-Beach towels are available for guest use. \-Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. \-Guests must stay for a minimum of 28 days. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: One to the front facing driveway, and then 2 to the back facing the canal. Dock details: The space behind the homeowner's Tiara boat is available. There is boat dockage between the pilings for a boat 11 ft wide (beam) and up to 25 ft length size. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
