Three bedrooms, three baths, plus a den, top-floor corner villa with private entrance...comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a sumptuous spa tub in the ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second has 2-double beds. The den is open to the dining area and accommodates 2 more on full-size futons. An amazing vacation retreat. The condo was clean, well maintained, beautifully and comfortably decorated and furnished. You could tell the owners care about the place and their guests. The views were amazing and the unit was furnished in a way that allowed comfortable family gathering time as well as space to retreat on your own. The balcony was my favorite - I practically lived on the outdoor sofa the entire weekend. kayaking at John Pennekamp, delicious dinner at Snooks, only 2 hours from Key West and delicious key lime pie from Mrs. Mac's! Very spacious. The images don't do it justice. The hot tubs and pool onsite are fabulous. The rental unit itself was huge! We had a group of 8 and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It was great! verything was packaged and organized for easy check-in. They sent plenty of reminders ahead of time so had no problem getting required information in advance which was great! I gave a 9 because I feel their physical location could've been better. The office we had to check into was located offsite (6 miles away) and would've been more convenient for check-in if they were onsite. Otherwise, great experience!
