Bring your boat (or rent one locally!) to fish and cruise around Key Colony Beach’s pristine waters and enjoy peaceful backyard barbecues under the palms. Enjoy the evening air on the private patio overlooking the water. Located steps away from the Cabana Club, guests will enjoy its amenities: Olympic-size pool, pristine beach, bar and snack shack. This half-duplex overlooks the 30' deep water boat dock which provides with quick & easy ocean or gulf access. Fish cleaning table scaled for 5' catch. The property is also equipped with an outdoor chest freezer for all of your fishing needs! Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants, shops, golf courses and beaches. It's a Tropical wonderland for you to explore on foot, bike or boat. Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will be expected to use your own streaming services. If you have a larger group ask about renting the other side of this duplex: Saltwater Revival North! Which offers another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 30 ft. dock. NOTE: There is no private hot tub onsite at Saltwater Revival North or South. A communal hot tub is offered at the Cabana club Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. We have been going to Key Colony Beach for over ten years. This was our first time at this house. We had a great time. It is close to the Cabana Club and on a canal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated very nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed and we enjoyed relaxing on the couches and watching TV after it got dark. The neighbors were nice (something we usually find at KCB!) and the new restaurant and stores on KCB are always fun to go to. The only downside (for some people) is that if you have allergies to animals, they may act up, as pets are allowed. There wasn’t anything visible that you could tell pets have been in the house, but I did have to wash some of the extra blankets because they bothered my allergies. However, my mom, who also has allergies, was not affected at all. So, I must have been sensitive to something. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ All in all, we had a great time! ##### Kim S. We have been going to KCB for a few years, and this is the best place we have stayed. Close to everything you want to do. Easy drive to either Key West or Islamorada, but why leave. We enjoyed using the Cabana Club beach area. We went to Sunset Park to watch the sun go down. We loved being able to bring our dog. The checkin/checkout processes were straight forward and easy to follow. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and doing some fishing. We saw a manatee there and my son caught a morey eel right in the canal. The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The only negative I have is that some of the rugs and corners of the rooms are dirty.
