The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The one issue is the water. The sulfur smell from the well water is pretty harsh. They do mention it and provide a Brita filter but we found it easier to bring bottled water. The bed and loft are just right for a small family and the corner shower is just what you need to clean up after a trip to the local attractions. Included amenities are excellent with a full outdoor setup, internet and entertainment, and collection of games for the kids. Full kitchen and big island make for an easy cook, prep, whatever. My only hesitation with booking this property again is the smell of the well water. We opted to bring back bottled water on our first outing for use in the bathroom and kitchen.
