Condo #201, an upper-level residence with resort views and has easy access to skiing, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and a bonus room, each evenly spaced for privacy. Please note that this condo is adults only: Primary Bedroom - Main Level King Bed Ideal for guests who may need to work from vacation, this room has a private desk and a private entrance to the deck. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a glass shower and heated floors. Bedroom 2 - Main Level King Bed This room boasts high ceilings and a private entrance to the deck. The en-suite bathroom has a glass shower and heated floors. Bedroom 3 - Main Level Queen Bed This room has picture windows and a shared bathroom in the hallway with a combination shower/bathtub. Bonus Room - Main Level Queen Bed This bonus room is a comfortable retreat for extra guests. Guests share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3\. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience. Guests looking to enjoy Sun Valley without a car can easily walk to restaurants, cafes, recreation and entertainment, with plenty of options available in less than 10 minutes. The lifts of River Run are a 10-minute stroll, or a 5-minute ride on the free city bus. Those who choose to drive can take advantage of on-site, outside, covered parking for one car to explore more of Sun Valley, from the slopes of Dollar Mountain to the Sawtooth Botanical Garden, both less than 10 minutes away. Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum. Please note this condo is available in the winter season only.
