The living area has a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a gas stove. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked. The island bar will seat two and there is another small wall table off the kitchen to seat two. The master and second bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV. There is a loft area above this room with a desk and some floor exercise equipment. The hallway bath has a single sink vanity and a large shower. Up some stairs off this hallway is a small second bedroom with a twin/trundle bed. This condo has a lot of stairs in it so keep that in mind. At the front entrance to the condo, you will find a small courtyard with a gas grill, a small table, and 2 chairs for relaxing in the great outdoors. Complex Features: Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path, just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum, and are within walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex has a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. In a short walk we were able to be at the base. The hosts were excellent at adapting our stay due to some unpredictable events in our travel plans. The location was perfect for walking to downtown Ketchum and River Run. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our daughter. We got very lucky that the temperatures had dropped right before we arrived, otherwise the condo would have been very hot to stay in. We were disappointed that the blinds in the living room were broken, so it made the space very dark. We had no problems. However, renters should be advised of 2 things: 1-it was in the upper 80s and the upper two bedrooms were extremely hot. 2-The entry to the home was a sliding door that was hard to get to latch to secure and could only be locked from the inside by baring it with a stick. To add to that, the screen door didn’t connect to anything to actually close. The only way to get any air into the complex was to leave the door wide open to the outside, which felt unsafe in an unfamiliar city. If they fixed that, this condo would be great. ##### Erinn J.
