Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cruise ship terminals. Offering partial views of the ocean as well as a nearby hiking trail with the best view in town. Craftsman style renovations with fully furnished modern amenities. 1 queen bed located in a spacious bedroom as well as comfy pull out couch in living room. We woke up and could see the cruise ship from the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We didn’t use the kitchen during our short stay but it looked well stocked and the coffee was great in the morning. The pictures sent of the entrance were helpful in locating this basement spot. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed and set up nicely. Coffee, tea, travel toiletries were provided. I asked for a slightly early check-in, and Case kindly accommodated. The location was very convenient for us--halfway between downtown and the harbor. While technically walking distance, it would have been a long walk with a steep hill. Not an issue for us because we had a rental car but renters should keep that in mind. Overall we were very please with both the accommodations and management. The house is clean and had everything you need for a multi-day trip. The location met our needs perfectly with easy access to the town in one direction and the grocery store in the other.
