The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the village centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, garden furniture, garden swing and courtyard.  
  
**Location**  
Keszthely. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Restaurant, pastry shop, shops, medical care within 500 m. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. electric gate  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via cable. Programmes also in German. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a carbon dioxide detector, smoke detector and childproof power sockets.  
**Hygiene measures:** Disinfectant.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Paddling pool and children’s pool (diameter 3 m, 0.4 m deep). The pool and water quality are maintained every morning between 8 and 10 am. The host accepts no liability for accidents caused by the use of the pool.

Tennis 900 m. Golf in Zalacsány 15 km. Marina 1600 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, is at ground level and leads directly into the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. We enter all rooms (room, kitchen, bathroom, washroom-toilet) via a common hallway. **Living room** with TV and dining area (6 seats). **Bedroom** (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and TV. **Bedroom** (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. **Kitchen** with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (160 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. **Bathroom** with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. **Separate toilet** with 1 washbasin and WC.
