Had to take cinnamon roll upstairs to microwave to actually be decent. Will probably be looking at a different hotel chain to see if we can do better as Holiday Inn has disappointed the last couple times we’ve stayed."

"I chose a room with a couch. My room did not have one so I don't feel like I got what I reserved and paid for. Really disappointed. Also, the bathtub was really slick and hard to stand in. Needs a mat or something to make it safe. "
