Adjoining the living area is one room with a sliding door that features a pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, and a double hand basin. The house is heated using electric heating.
