Kerhonkson is an ideal location from which to explore the Hudson Valley and Catskills regions of Upstate NY. \*One dog under 50 lbs is permitted upon request but must be added to the reservation at time of booking. Please see the guidebook for pet rules. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we require a security deposit of $500\. This deposit will be authorized on your card 48 hours prior to your arrival and will be fully refunded within 24 hours of your check-out, following a final inspection of the property. This deposit protects against any accidental damages that may occur during your stay. It\`s important to note that the deposit will only be charged if there is damage beyond normal wear and tear. INDEMNITIES: Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to the Owner immediately. Guest acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at Guest’s risk. Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities arising from or in connection with any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the Guest’s use of the property, grounds, decks, stairs, fire-pit, common areas, and any other items on property. Guest also agrees to defend the owner and his agents from any lawsuit alleging damages and/or personal injury that occurred during the Guest\`s rental of the property. It's almost new and was fully stocked for our weekend of relaxing with our young family. It was clean, and comfortable and Justin was very easy to communicate with and responsive.
