I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. "The breakfast started at 6.30 Too late for an airport hotel.They had little boxes to go which everyone was grabbing.Not one left for me Utter chaos.Had booked this hotel as it included breakfast.Food in restaurant not very good .The staff however were great and booked us in early."

"Very good location to the airport and surrounding cafes and restaurants. Parking on site very handy. Helpful and cheerful staff. Avoid room 711\. The configuration is difficult with the vanity basin in the shower recess and there's very little room between end of the bed and wall... Crab walk is required to get around. A soft memory foam layer has been placed over an old mattress with hollows. Not so comfortable as you sink into the hollows. We have stayed here before and had a better room, so on balance 711 maybe the only dodgy room. Otherwise for a single night stay and for the price you pay its doable."

"Rooms were OK. Bathroom was very small. Shower and washing table were in the same spot. You can't leave the door open, because the could fine you $1500 if some detector get off. Check in was very poor. Staff was busy talking and laughing with each other. Didn't tell us check out time or when and where we can have breakfast. In the end we had just 20min to eat our breakfast in the hotel next door. Staff over there was very polite. The hotel was not really close to the airport considering you have suitcases to carry. In our case with three young children not ideal. There was no clear instruction how to get there or a possibility to take a shuttle bus. From domestic you could walk (like 15min ..), but not from the international airport. Our idea was to have a good rest before we were heading to our b&b in Sydney, but in the end we could better travel an hour to our b&b instead to waste our money on this hotel. "

"This hotel was a very disappointing experience overall. First of all, the cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff was also rude and unprofessional; instead of helping with issues, they kept ignoring or delaying responses. The food quality was equally disappointing. It was neither fresh nor tasty, and the prices were unreasonably high. On top of that, the facilities were not functioning properly—the air conditioning kept turning off, and the Wi-Fi was almost useless. Despite having a good location, staying at this hotel felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s better to look for other options. "
