Boasting an elevated position and providing spectacular sea views, this property will instantly give you those “holiday feels” with its postcard worthy setting. Outside, you will find a stunning infinity pool and sun-loungers that provide the ultimate setting to enjoy this villa’s wonderful outdoor space and fabulous vistas of the glistening ocean and rolling countryside. You will also find a beautiful outdoor dining terrace that also offers those spectacular views. This also provides a lovely space to take advantage of when it comes to al fresco dining in the sunshine. There’s also BBQ facilities available that will allow you to cook up a storm in the Greek sunshine. Inside, this villa is equally as impressive. Decorated to an incredibly high standard, this property blends elements of traditional and contemporary design perfectly. Boasting exposed brickwork, clean simple lines and bright and airy décor, you will be pleased to call this property home during your stay. Each double bedroom boasts its own ensuite and private balcony with views out over the sea and surrounding countryside. You will also find an open plan kitchen, living room and dining space that you can enjoy at your leisure. Just a short walk to Kefalonia's famous Mounda Beach, a huge sandy beach with shallow crystal clear waters, this villa’s prime location also makes it highly appealing, especially if you are looking for the perfect base for a care free holiday. \*Please note that complimentary Pool Heating is provided at Mounda Beach Villa, the owner will turn it on to take the chill off of the water if the temperature is too low. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved with 5 steps leading from the seating area, to the poolside. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst the shower room doors are 70cm wide.
