Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Misty Water Hideaway is NOT lakefront, but is just a short walk to a municipal boat launch adjacent to a sandy beach with grills and restrooms. There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

This is a rural lake view property with opportunities to see native wildlife such as deer and fox. This property is not lake front.

Parking on site for two-three cars and a boat.

We ask of you upon departure that all food is removed from fridge & freezer. Double check for any personal belongings. If anything is left behind the item will be mailed to you and you will be charge shipping fees

Perfect lake getaway
Such a great, recently renovated property with views of Lake Champlain! Very cozy, comfortable and clean, with all of the amenities! Highly recommended!
