Misty Water Hideaway is NOT lakefront, but is just a short walk to a municipal boat launch adjacent to a sandy beach with grills and restrooms. There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience. Fully renovated log home with state of the art heating and cooling, new appliances and a game room. Whole house access. Available via text/phone/email dureing your stay. This is a rural lake view property with opportunities to see native wildlife such as deer and fox. This property is not lake front. Parking on site for two-three cars and a boat. This property is not lakefront and does not have a dock or mooring. Upon your departure, please ensure the following: 1\. Remove all food from the fridge and freezer. 2\. Take out the trash. 3\. The cabin was huge and it was very comfortable staying with family for a few days. Lake Champlain was right across the street and it was fun having a campfire and hanging with family every night. Also, so nice to have a fun game room downstairs and having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets.
