The brand new Villa Kouneli offers outstanding levels of luxury and comfort to the last detail. Unlike most holiday houses, this villa is designed & built from scratch by the best designers for the optimum holiday experience, exceeding five star accomodation.  
  
Perfect easy-access location, 180 degrees sea view, amazing sunset views form all external areas & bedrooms, oxygen-cleaned infinity pool (chlorine free), jacuzzi, fully equipped pool bar, various sound systems, shaded parkings any many many more.  
  
Villa Kouneli has a 275 sq.m. (2960 sq.ft.) interior which is very fresh due to its energy class A construction featuring many gold-awarded designer's features, natural leather furniture, 6 bathrooms (4 en-suite), very spacious bedrooms with extra king size beds etc. Fresh drinks, an ice cube maker, linen, dressing gowns, towels, pool towels, shower accessories etc. are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

\- Check-in anytime upon prior agreement via telephone.  
\- Smoking is not allowed indoors.  
\- Pool use at your own risk and attention must be given to children at all times.
