The Space:  
A villa, only 1km from the beach with a swimming pool area, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.  
The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.  
The maisonette features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a lounge area which can be transformed into a cozy sleeping area and two modern designed bathrooms.  
On the upper floor, you will find the kitchen, a lounge area and a bathroom, while on the level below you will find two bedrooms, a lounge area with a sofa bed that can comfortably host two guests and a WC.   
The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, and gives access to the spacious veranda of the property. The second bright bedroom features two cozy single beds, and offers great views to the Aegean!

The villa is the perfect starting point to getting to know Kea, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.  
Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Platia Ammos Beach (2km), Xila beach(2.3km), Mavrampeli beach(8km), Kalamitsi (9km), Vroskopos Beach (9.5km).  
The port of Kea is only 2.5km away. In the same distance, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafes with a special character. There is also public transportation with frequent bus routes, which you can use to explore the island.  
  
Getting Around:  
Tzia or Kea is just an hour away from Lavrio (by boat) as it is the closest inhabitable Cycladic island to Athens.  
  
The area has many attractions and the best way to visit them is the car!
