« Passage rapide à l'intercontinental d'Almaty mais séjour parfait. Excellente qualité de service en général: chambre et literie de très bon standing, room service servi comme au restaurant (servi à l'assiette, conservée au chaud, sur une nappe). J'ai pu également profité des installations de l'hotel, tel que la piscine (agréable) et d'une qualité de massage excellente, pour un prix modique eu égard au standing de l'hotel. Enfin le petit déjeuner type buffet est suffisamment fourni et varié. »

« The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases. »

« Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально . »
